Email Email processing is one of the most powerful features of Time Matters. Included with the software is it's own email client, so you can use it instead of Outlook our Outlook Express. Or, you can continue to use Outlook and it will integrate with Time Matters. What is so special about Time Matters and email? As emails enter you inbox, you constantly are deleting, forwarding, replying, etc. Some emails are important enough to keep, and this is where Time Matters shines. No More dragging to the folder! Most email clients allow you to create folders along the left side of your screen. When you get an email from ACME Inc that you want to keep, you drag the email to that folder and can refer to it later. However, over time we build up a lot of folders. In addition, if you have placed an important email in my ACME folder, how can any one else in the office view it? Instead of dragging the email to a folder, Time Matters allows you to attach the email directly to the Contract. This then makes the email available to anyone on your network with access to the contact. In addition, once the sender's email address is in your contacts database, Time Matters will recognize the email and make it even easier to attach to the contact. As a result, emails that are received in your office on the second floor, can instantly be available to someone on the first floor, or the third floor, or in your regional office 20 miles away! Security While sharing info across your network will improve your productivity, there is some information that should not be shared.
